RETURN POLICY

zunababy.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Return Guideline

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be ineligible to receive store credit.  Bodysuits, accessories, and swimsuits are FINAL SALE. At this time, Zuna Baby does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount. All items are returned to Zuna Baby at the expense of the customer. 

If you need to return an item, please send an email with your order number to customerservice@zunababy.com and we will send you a link to print out your return label. Please be sure to include your name and order number inside the return package.

Your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.

Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.

Zuna Baby reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS:

Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us at customerservice@zunababy.com within three business days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your items.

If you received a damaged item please take a photo of the item and email it to customerservice@zunababy.com with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be sent an email with a link to print out your return label and advised to return the damaged item. We will then issue you a full refund or a store credit via email and you can repurchase the item if desired. 

*Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item. 

Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund on your original payment method or email you with a store credit code in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include your name and order number in your shipment.
