SHIPPING POLICY

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

Please be aware that all orders are processed in 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays).

All orders placed on Friday after 4:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information provided. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from zunababy.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any store credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the United States Postal Service and address the issue directly with them. Zuna Baby does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-5 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Zuna Baby reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Zuna Baby reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Zuna Baby reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
